Barely three days after his grand return to Kenya from the US, details have emerged how NASA leader, Raila Odinga’s life was in danger but was saved by his supporters in the US.

Abel Oriri, a NASA supporter from Ohio revealed that President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy, William Ruto, had sent two assassins to spy on Raila while in the US and even take him out if they had a chance.

Oriri noted the organizers of Raila’s trip got wind of the plot to assassinate Raila and boosted his security big time.

At first, he said, the organizers had resolved to cancel Raila’s meetings but the NASA leader would hear none it.

“The suggestions that we call off the meetings was quickly discarded because Raila himself would not hear such a thing,” Oriri said.

Oriri confirmed that Raila was saved by his supporters some of who were State troopers who took charge of his security.

“That’s why you saw people form a diamond ring around Raila at the Hilton when the crowd surged forward and almost caused chaos during the meeting in DC,” he added.
